1.Payment Policy

All payments for workshops must be settled in full on the day of delivery of the workshop. In the case of bank transfer for payment, a strict 7 day term applies on issue of the invoice.
For consultations a deposit payment of 30-50% is required upfront for commencement of work, the final invoice will be issued with delivery of final documents of the project and 7 day term applies.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 10-5 business days prior to booking will incur a 50% payment of the agreed fee.
Less than 5 business days prior to your booking will incur a 100% payment of the fee.
